Dating With A Different Brain

Do you struggle with forming relationships beyond the “hi, how are you?” small talk? Freeze up with anxiety when you’re in social settings or meeting people? Have trouble making friends at all? This may be the group for you!

Back by popular demand, this group will focus on how to navigate the dating world as a neurodiverse person (official diagnosis not required). We recognize that dating is hard for everybody, and having a brain that thinks differently can make it all the more challenging. We will tackle those burning questions such as:

How do I ask someone out?

How do I transition from a friendship to an intimate relationship?

What should I include in my online profile?

How much do I share about myself on the first date?

And much much more!

This group will include discussion, role-play, and practice.

This class meets once a week on Tuesdays for a total of 5 weeks, beginning March 20th, from 5:00 - 6:30 pm.
